A volunteer is required to assist our busy Independent Living Team to monitor and review existing care packages that the advisers have assisted to arrange.
To contact clients and/or family members to review the package of care previously arranged by an adviser
To complete necessary review forms, ensuring a copy is sent to the client
To be responsible for sending out a satisfaction survey to clients following their review.
Where necessary to liaise with the adviser and/or other professionals
To ensure the database is updated and case notes are recorded accurately.
•Good communication skills
•Experience of working with clients
•Competent in IT programmes such as word, Excel and database input.
•Some office / admin experience
