Description

To provide administrative support to a new project working in partnership with the RNIB, to raise awareness of Vision Impairment to staff working within residential settings.

• Assisting with a variety of administration tasks

• Answering and making telephone calls

• Taking referrals

• Collating data for monitoring purposes using spreadsheets

• Distributing induction and training materials

• Maintaining paper based records and electronic files

• Adhere to all RNIB and Vision Support confidentiality, data protection and Information Governance procedures

Skills:

• Good communication skills

• Knowledge of general administration practices

• A pleasant telephone manner

• Good attention to detail

• Computer literate
