Description

We Support survivors of sexual violence  and are looking to build on our current board of Trustees.

The board of trustees are collectively responsible for the overall governance and strategic direction of the charity. Day-to-day operational responsibility is delegated to the Operations Manager and staff members.

We are looking for individuals with integrity, commitment, good independent judgement, strategic vision and a good understanding and acceptance of legal duties and responsibilities of trusteeship. Skills required for this role include financial management, Fundraising, Public relations, Marketing, Campaigning, Recruitment and personnel management, including a knowledge of employment legislation. We would also like trustee's to be committed to our organisation and willing to devote the necessary tine and effort to their duties as a trustee.

Trustees will be required to attend one meeting per quarter as a minimum.
