Description

Carers Trust 4 All is a local charity which supports carers of all ages, who care for people with any disability or long term illness.  This might include children with disabilities, adults with physical or learning disabilities or mental illness, people who are frail or have memory problems, people who have drug or alcohol dependency and those at the end of life.  The help provided includes specialist care for adults and disabled children in the home, carer breaks, social groups for people with care needs, services for young and sibling carers, befriending and peer support.

Our Young carers service offers support from the age of 6 and gives them a safe space to have fun, make friends and have 1:1 support.  We are looking for volunteers to support our young carers service by committing to 3 hours per fortnight in Northwich (Weaverham Community Centre).  You will be part of a team support your people in groups, other volunteers and the group leader as appropriate and encouraging young carers to take part in a diverse range of exciting activities.

We welcome volunteers of all ages and from all walks of life and promote diversity and inclusion.  We offer flexible volunteer roles with options to suit every level of commitment.

Volunteers to support evening sessions.  A DBS Check and References will be required.
