Would you like to make a difference in your local community? Join us and help by supporting and expanding our already successful team of dedicated fundraising volunteers.

Did you know that 700,000 was raised from loose change last year? This helped produce 14,000 titles for talking books, facilitate 102 weekly telephone befriending social groups for blind an partially sighted people and fund our campaigns which recently enabled 1,500 campaigners lobby parliament.

Good communication skills, spoken and written. Basic IT and record keeping skills with access to a PC and internet. Full driving licence with use of own car (alternative arrangements can be made for visually impaired people). Good knowledge of the local area. Friendly, confident and outgoing. Good organisational skills. A positive and inspirational attitude with a 'can do' approach To be able to motivate others.
