Do you enjoy online selling, have lots of enthusiasm and good attention to detail, enjoy working as a team and are reliable? Then, the Alzheimer's society would love to hear from you.

Community fundraising is at the centre of how the Society raises funds to deliver a real difference at both a local and national level. Your skill, your time and dedication would make a massive difference to help sell items online on behalf of the charity. Volunteers in this role will typically sell items through companies such as eBay and donate all profits to the Alzheimer's Society.

Potentially volunteering form home, this role provides you with flexibility, enabling you to fit your volunteering around your existing commitments.

So if you would enjoy the challenge of sourcing donated goods for sale and achievement of income success via the internet for a great cause, then the Alzheimer's Society would be very grateful for your time. Below are some of the things you will be doing:

-Sourcing, photographing, listing donated items to sell
-listing items for sale and monitoring sale process
-monitoring sale process, packing and posting sold items
-answering online queries and helping to identifying items of particular value
-working and communicating closely with the Community Fundraising Co-ordinator/Community Fundraiser about progress being made.

In return, you will gain the satisfaction of contributing towards a good cause and achieving this through an activity that you enjoy. You will receive an induction, ongoing support and reimbursement of agreed out of pocket expenses.

Enjoys online selling and has to skills to do this effectively
-Enthusiasm, attention to detail and a good communicator
-Reliable and professional, can work alone or as a team
-Good links for sourcing donated items for sale
-Will seek guidance as necessary and willing to work within the charity's policies, values and behaviours.
