West Cheshire Credit Union provides affordable financial services in your local community. The aim of the organisation is to give members both existing and potentially new members the best service possible and in order to do so they are looking to recruit a number of experienced front line customer services volunteers. The role involves meeting people face to face in the new office and helping them to become members and access affordable financial services. Volunteers will improve skills and be able to have further training.
Volunteers need experience of front line customer services. You must enjoy meeting and helping people. Good customer care services skills would be very useful in this role. A knowledge of the local community. Volunteers who have previously worked in retail or customer care service will have the necessary skills for this role. Good communication skills.
You must be over 18. Able to commit to 3 to 4 hours per week. Further training may be available.
