Do you enjoy meeting new people of all ages, confident using a computer and answering the telephone? Then, this volunteer role may be for you.
We are looking for a confident, friendly individual to join our enthusiastic team to help deliver a supportive and memorable service to the local community. The main aim of our service is to assist families to both recognise and celebrate their achievements-no matter how big or small.
This is a diverse role and will involve:
- using computer systems to type, complete, process and enter data
- using the internet
- welcoming visitors to the centre and answering the front of house telephone system
To help you settle in quickly, an induction programme is provided, so you are aware of the policy and procedures, meet team members and understand how the role will contribute to the centre's success.
Experience of administration work and practical support to families would be helpful. Equally, if you have good people and computer skills and would welcome the opportunity to work with like minded people, then we would love to hear from you too.

Venues within the Ellesmere Port area. 17 years + and not a service user. Commit to 3 hours per week on a regular basis. Expenses paid in line with policy. Training and on-going support given. A Criminal Record Check (DBS) will be required.
